to VISIT CONNECT
Simply scan the QR code on the visitor badge with your smartphone. This will give you all the visitor’s contact details digitally. You can then download a list of all the visitors you met at the trade fair. This makes it easier for you to follow up and ensures that you receive the correct data and do not lose any valuable trade fair contacts.
- After you have been registered as stand personnel, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. In this e-mail you will also find the link to the VISIT connect web app, which you can open directly in your browser.
- Enter your name and e-mail address in the browser window that opens so that you can later identify your device in the Visit Connect portal.
- Your smartphone is now ready to scan visitor badges. It is no longer necessary to install an app.
- Would you like to assign further information to the scanned contacts at the trade fair using the website app? Then simply create corresponding questions in the Visit Connect portal.
