What are the requirements?

As soon as you touch an exhibitor’s reader at the stand with your smart badge, you digitally collect information. At the end of your visit day, you will receive an email from Easyfairs. This contains your trade fair summary: a list of all exhibitors whose reader you have touched. All the data that these exhibitors have uploaded in their online profile can now be easily accessed using individual links.
By touching the reader, you simultaneously inform the exhibitor concerned that you are interested in his products and that he may contact you.
In other words, a digital exchange of business cards takes place.

You avoid costs and save resources

Simply enter your contact details as part of the visitor registration process. Pay particular attention to the correct entry of your e-mail address. This is a basic requirement so that we can send you detailed information about “your” exhibitors at the end of the fair day.

What are your advantages?

With the help of your smart badge, you can easily collect information digitally from all exhibitors. You get access to product descriptions, pictures, videos or even job offers. There is no need to collect countless brochures and catalogues. You can also share all the information digitally with colleagues.
In the past, if an exhibitor is not at the stand or busy with another visitor, you had to go by again. Thanks to smart badge technology, you can now still obtain information from the exhibitor directly – simply by touching the reader.

At the end of your day at the fair, you will receive an email from Easyfairs. This contains a list of all exhibitors where you have touched the reader. This automatically gives you a complete summary of your day at the fair – including all the detailed information about each exhibitor.

What happens to your data?

Easyfairs will not pass on the personal data you provide when registering. We will only use it to inform you about our own current and future events.

This data will only be transmitted to exhibitors if you touch the exhibitor’s reader with your visitor badge or have registered via an exhibitor’s invitation code or link. By doing so, you are signalling to us and the exhibitor that you are interested in the exhibitor receiving your data for contact purposes. If you do not wish this, please do not touch any reader with your badge or use one of the opt-out options afterwards.
