Mr K., manager of a food production company with 300 employees, is faced with a major problem.

He normally fills his products into pre-made bags himself. Now his bag supplier informs him that, due to a production disruption, he can only supply the film but no bags. Unfortunately, Mr K. cannot do anything with the film alone. But he can’t just leave his biggest customer without goods!

Mr K. contacted Proderma, explained the situation and asked whether Proderma could produce the pouches and fill the product at the same time. Everything would have to be done within a week so that he could supply his customer on time. What now?

The project manager, the production planner and the production manager check the internal situation within three hours of the call. They reschedule other orders – of course without negative consequences for the customers concerned – organise the necessary team and are able to give Mr K. a positive answer. For his part, Mr K. organises the transport of the film and goods on the same day. Two days later, all the necessary elements are on site, the machine is set up and production can start. Three days later, production is finished, the customer collects the filled bags and can deliver them to his customer on the same day.

Now Mr K. is really relieved and delighted with Proderma!
