Your Responsibilities
– Converting and setting up extrusion blow molding machines with corresponding documentation (including setting parameters)
– Starting up and optimizing extrusion blow moulding machines
– Carrying out tests as part of the production release (test instructions, UN test)
– Carrying out sampling with corresponding documentation
– Monitoring the systems and product quality during ongoing production
– Eliminating faults and intervening in the event of quality deviations
– Carrying out root cause analyses in the event of customer complaints or quality problems in production
– Contributing to the continuous improvement process
– Responsibility for order and cleanliness in production
– Carrying out/supporting general maintenance and servicing work on machines and equipment

Your Profile
– Completed vocational training as a plastics technologist / process engineer or similar training in the field of plastics technology
– Several years of professional experience in the field of extrusion blow molding (plastic containers –> desirable)
– High quality awareness as well as an independent and careful way of working
– Manual dexterity
– High degree of personal responsibility
– Good written and spoken German / good communication skills
– Good documentation skills, ideally good MS Office knowledge
– Team-oriented and motivated personality
