SCIENCE EXPERIENCE AREA
In the newly created special ‘Science Experience Area’, the ZHAW Wädenswil (Centre for Food Production and Packaging), the Eastern Switzerland University of Applied Sciences (IWK Institute for Materials Engineering and Plastics Processing) and the HES-SO with the Plastics Innovation Competence Center will demonstrate the development and production of innovative and sustainable packaging materials as part of their research activities.
Discover our new special area ‘Start-up Zone by Swiss Food Research’. Exciting start-ups that have developed innovative products and found new solutions for packaging food as sustainably as possible will be presented here. You can look forward to the three participants Mycrobez AG, Noriware and ETH Zurich (project: Sustainable Bioplastics from protein nanofibrils). The Swiss Food Research Association will also be on site and looks forward to seeing you at stand A33.
