This unique automatic bag machine, including a built-in 305dpi thermal transfer direct printer, can be operated with bags from the roll as well as with tubular film.
The integrated technology seals bags in individual sizes as required. The Speedpack offers enormous flexibility for your production process, as small bags from 50x80mm to large bags of 400x800mm can be produced. Thanks to the user-friendly HMI touch screen and numerous configurable options, you can work in a way that saves material and time.
The bag machine is suitable for manual feeding as well as for the integration of automatic feeding systems (e.g. funnels, conveyor belts, counters and scales). The bag spreaders keep the bag open and make filling easier. This means that the bag can be sealed quickly and safely and used for a variety of different products. For additional operator safety, the system can be expanded with the option of safety light barriers (as a start impulse).
All Speepdack systems can also be expanded with a variety of feeding systems (e.g. weighing/counting solution, feeding belt, piece counter or robot).
