We are looking for a service technician (m/f/d) to strengthen our team. Become part of our dynamic team and work with us on pioneering projects in labeling, printing and marking technology.
Your future area of responsibility
> Commissioning and maintenance of our marking and labeling systems for customers (CH & FL) or in-house (field service share approx. 60%)
> Problem analysis and solution finding on site and on the telephone
> Technical communication with our suppliers to clarify product specifications
> Creation of technical documentation and instructions
your profile
> Completed basic technical training (EFZ) with a focus on electrical or electronics, ideally as an automation technician
> Technology is your passion and you have a natural feel for technical systems and mechanics.
> You have experience in field sales and love direct customer contact, which you maintain with a lot of enthusiasm and professionalism
> Good software and IT knowledge
> You are characterized by reliability and flexibility, and you always treat our customers in a friendly manner
> Class B ticket
