The ELS 521+532 cross web labeling machine is an advanced solution designed for simultaneous labeling on the top and bottom film of finished packages. This unique parallel design makes it possible to label both sides of the pack efficiently and precisely.
The machine is mounted on the extension of the thermoforming packaging machine, which allows seamless integration into existing production lines. The labeling station is equipped with a microprocessor-controlled stepper motor and has an SMB-20 control in a robust stainless steel housing with an integrated operating membrane keyboard and a backlit LCD graphic display.
The label transport unit is mounted transversely to the film web. A longitudinal lifting device for up to 6 rows of labeling can be added if required.
