Minimal adaptation is required to process our film system on existing thermoforming packaging machines. It is important that the high-barrier paper laminate bottom web is only slightly formed to allow the correct positioning of the product. The bottom web is bonded with the antifog top film before protective gas is introduced. No smearing can occur to ruin presentation.
Consumers prefer «artisanal» presentation because they can associate with a «natural» look (corner store effect) and can see for themselves that the packaging contains no synthetic materials.
